Private-access use terms

PropertyWork is intended for authorized property owners, supervisors, workers, and platform support users. Accounts are created only by invitation or approval.

No public self-registration

Requesting access or downloading the Android app does not create an account. An authorized admin, owner, or supervisor must approve or invite the user and scope their access.

Authorized use only

Users must access only their own account, assigned business, assigned properties, and permitted records. Credential sharing and unauthorized access are prohibited.

Uploaded content

Users are responsible for documents, photos, messages, receipts, proof files, payment records, and other content they upload or enter. Illegal, unsafe, or unauthorized content should not be uploaded.

Operational tool

PropertyWork helps organize property operations, but owners remain responsible for contractor relationships, worker management, payroll decisions, jobsite safety, taxes, legal compliance, and final business decisions.

Availability and backups

The system includes backup/export tools, but owners/admins should maintain independent backups and verify backup downloads. Software updates should be preceded by a full backup.
